Delivery Policy
3D Analyzer Software will send an pin number/numbers after sucessful completion of payment by email. 3D Analyzer Software will use the email address that customer provides in his/her profile.

Customer Service Policy
3D Analyzer Software is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently available and pricing is true and correct. An email will be sent upon the transaction being completed providing the new software key. You will be advised within two business days if your software key is unavailable.

Refund Policy
Please choose carefully as you are purchasing recharge hours, we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

Terms and Conditions
The data you provide us when registering is used to manage your account. It is also used internally for statisitical purposes, you can modify any data that concerns you at any time. User must give their correct information when registering with 3D Analyzer software. Any incorrect or suspicious information can disable his/her account without any prior notice. 3D Analyzer Software may contact the user if his/her profile information seems suspicious.

3D Analyzer Software is not liable to you for any injury, loss or damage which including any indirect or consequential loss or damage that you may suffer using our service.

If the system failed to send your pin number for any reason within 48 hours, it is the users responsibility to notify 3D Analyzer Software about this matter by emailing to 3D Analyzer Software.

If the customer has any complaints about any of the transactions that have been made, they are required to notify 3D Analyzer Software within two weeks.
